Developed a project proposal focused on job creation and market linkage for SOLODA shoe manufacturing enterprises.
Occupational Standards Development
Created Ethiopian occupational standard guidelines and a technical advisory and expert panel manual from March 1, 2024, to March 30, 2024.
TVT Gap Assessment
Completed a TVT gap assessment in collaboration with the China-Africa Alliance project, CIIC/Sunmaker Training Institute, and the Ministry of Labor and Skills (MoLS) over 45 days from October 2023 to November 15, 2023.
